I'm only too pleased to comment on the level of serviced that we received from you. We rented a scooter for the two weeks that we were in Orlando, it was delivered within an hour of giving you our villa address and the scooter was in excellent condition and worked very well throughout. Your staff couldn't have been more helpful when I thought that I had lost the key, I phoned on my mobile and lost the signal half way through the call, but you were very quick to return the call and arrange to deliver a replacement key. (The key was found in the place I should have looked first; according to my wife!!!!!) Collection was right on time. Altogether a top rate service at a very good price. We will definitely be in touch when we come back again.

Actually, it worked out perfectly. The delivery was as promised, the cost was as agreed, the performance was flawless, the loading and unloading were easier than expected, and the pickup went without a hitch.

The only problem is that I had to use one at all. In spite of how well the experience went, I'm hoping that by the time we make another trip there, I won't have to resort to a scooter to get around the parks.

With regard to your request for feedback, I just want to let you know that your scooter saved our vacation. It was wonderful to have it delivered and picked up at our hotel and so easy to get into the car. We took it everywhere and my husband was able to do all the things we did in Disney World and everywhere else we went. It was truly our salvation! It made planning our vacation much easier. I can confirm that the service provided was excellent, when I arrived in Orlando, I contacted your office and I was advised that the chair would be there within an hour, it was there within the agreed time. The standard of the chair was very good, it actually looked brand new. We arrived in Oralando on 16 November, and as agreed our scooter arrived first thing the next morning. I really was a life saver. If it hadn't been for it my Dad wouldn't of seen and of the Disney parks never mind them all. The gent who delivered the scooter was really friendly and helpful and by the end of the fortnight i had un folding and building the scooter down to a fine art.
